Join Our Growing Dental Team!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Dental Office Referral Liaison to help grow our practice by building lasting relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations. If you enjoy networking, developing professional partnerships, and representing a team that is committed to exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As our Dental Office Referral Liaison, you will serve as the face of our practice within the community. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and maintaining referral partnerships with local dental, medical, and professional offices to help expand our patient base while strengthening our reputation throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with local dental offices, medical providers, businesses, and community organizations.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
Visit referring offices to promote our services and strengthen partnerships.
Deliver marketing materials, referral packets, and educational resources.
Track referral activity and monitor referral trends.
Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless referral experience for patients.
Represent our practice with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and referral growth.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with professionals.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
Professional in appearance and demeanor.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Familiar with CRM or referral tracking software (preferred).

Experience in dental, healthcare, marketing, business development, or sales is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
Ability to commute to Sidney, OH 45365.
Relocation to the area before starting is preferred if not currently local.
