Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Circulator
Location: Sidney, Montana 59270
Assignment Type: Travel/Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
EMR System: Epic

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room team in Sidney, Montana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OR circulating, PACU coverage, and pediatric patient care. This position offers a 13-week travel assignment with rotating on-call responsibilities and the opportunity for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Operating Room (OR) circulating duties for a variety of surgical procedures.
Provide on-call Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) coverage as scheduled.
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients.
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.
Accurately document patient care and treatment plans using Epic EMR.
Participate in rotating call schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a Compact State License.
Minimum of two (2) years of recent Operating Room experience.
Experience with OR Circulating required.
PACU and Pediatric (PEDS) experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Assignment Details:

Location: Sidney, MT 59270
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Hours: 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Call Requirement: Rotating on-call coverage
Facility Size: 0–49 Beds
EMR: Epic

Pay: $65.00 - $67.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
