Full Job Description

A growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Parts and Service Manager to oversee our service and parts departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure service customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Supervise parts purchasing and inventory control for the parts department.
Build relationships with sales management, service advisors, technicians, and customers.
Take ownership of providing a positive customer experience for all customers.
Recruit, hire and manage service advisors and technicians.
Prioritize and assign repair orders to technicians.
Manage customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive Parts and Service Manager Experience
Technical automotive knowledge
Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations
Manage R.O. warranty claims
Organized and friendly personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
