Full Job Description

Atmos Solutions, Inc. is a small business Enterprise (SBE) as certified by the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Certified Business Enterprise (CBE), Development Enterprise Zone (DZE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), HUBZone, and an SBA 8a business concern based in Washington, DC. Atmos provides services in environmental, health and safety, construction, property and building maintenance, and labor compliance projects to our clients at federal, state, local, and commercial institutions.

MARKETING MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with our business development department, the candidate will lead the company’s marketing and advertising divisions, overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives. The candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

MARKETING MANAGER EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
6+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Willingness to travel
Established contacts in media

MARKETING MANAGER SKILLS:

Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
