Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of Ayoub N&H Carpet, connecting with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails.

Your focus will be understanding customer needs, educating them on our carpet and flooring services, and guiding them toward the right solution. You’ll play a key role in driving growth while delivering the high-touch customer experience our company is known for.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to generate new business and nurture existing customer relationships
Respond to inbound inquiries and educate customers on our carpet sales, installation, repair, and cleaning services
Communicate the value of our craftsmanship, service quality, and reliability
Use CRM software (such as ServiceTitan) to log customer interactions, manage leads, and track sales progress
Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs, budgets, and timelines
Negotiate pricing, schedule services, and close sales confidently and professionally
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve outreach, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving questions or concerns quickly and professionally
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or B2C/B2B sales
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Comfort with outbound calling, warm leads, and follow-up conversations
Experience using CRM software (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred)
Ability to explain services clearly and build trust with customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team
Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
