Full Job Description

Candidate MUST meet the following:

Full-time W2 only (1099/Corp-to-Corp arrangements are unacceptable)
Active DoD Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing
COMPTIA Security+ certification
At least four (4) years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least one (1) year of government experience.

PioneerTech is seeking a Senior IT Systems Auditor (Enterprise Segregation of Duties Configuration) to plan, execute, and report on information-system control assessments for Federal financial systems and enterprise SAP and non-SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) requirements when assessing financial systems.
Evaluate systems-development phases and related requirements and design documentation.
Plan, execute, and report on information-system control assessments.
Assess cybersecurity, access, change-management, and segregation-of-duties controls using GAO, FISCAM, and Federal Audit Manual approaches.
Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP and non-SAP application controls.
Prepare summary reports and working papers with detailed results and actionable recommendations.

Skills Requirements:

Experience working with DoD/DLA.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations; OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, and A-134; and Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual requirements.
Knowledge of Federal accounting principles and their application across accounting systems and data environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and related Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
Ability to produce clear, well-supported findings and actionable recommendations.
