Job Title: Irrigation Service Manager
Position Summary
The Service Manager leads the irrigation service department, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, billing accuracy, technician performance, and customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership, dispatch coordination, financial tracking, and hands-on irrigation expertise. The Service Manager supports and develops technicians, tracks department metrics and incentives, serves as a key customer contact, and provides service for select accounts as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support service technicians; conduct reviews and weekly team huddles
- Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, and service requests using CRM systems
- Ensure accurate work orders, invoicing, and service records
- Track revenue, productivity, KPIs, and commission/bonus programs
- Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries, escalations, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, efficiency, and department performance
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Irrigation system knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
