We are currently seeking a motivated and career-minded Intern to join our year-round internship program, gaining hands-on experience across our Audit, Tax, and Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice areas while building a strong foundation for a career in public accounting.

- Participate in a structured internship experience that provides exposure to ELO's Audit, Tax, and Client Accounting Services practice areas.
- Assist team members with client engagements, projects, and service-related activities.
- Support engagement teams by completing assigned tasks and contributing to project objectives.
- Demonstrate accountability for assigned responsibilities and communicate proactively regarding progress and questions.
- Collaborate with team members across departments, service lines, and office locations.
- Build an understanding of professional standards, client expectations, and public accounting best practices.
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of sophomore-level coursework or Intermediate Accounting coursework preferred.
- Strong academic performance and an interest in pursuing a career in public accounting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in accounting, finance, or a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software and technology tools.
- Involvement in accounting, finance, or business-related student organizations.
- Interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
