Join Our Team as an Activities Coordinator/Case Manager!

Are you passionate about helping individuals with mental health challenges lead fulfilling and meaningful lives? If so, we invite you to consider joining Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD as an Activities Coordinator/Case Manager.

As an Activities Coordinator/Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in their journey towards recovery and wellness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote socialization, skill-building, and overall well-being. Additionally, you will provide case management services, including assessment, goal setting, and coordination of care, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support and resources.

The ideal candidate for this position is a compassionate and organized individual with a strong background in social services or mental health. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in one of the social sciences of human services required, Bachelor’s degree in one of the social sciences or human services preferred. Must be able to pass medication training and properly monitor administration of medications. Must have a current driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southeastern’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check including fingerprinting, drug screening, and a Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check and TB test
