What You'll Do
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk while ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development.
- Foster a positive, guest-focused culture that delivers exceptional hospitality every day.
- Oversee all front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, reservations, cash handling, and guest requests.
- Partner closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready and service standards are consistently met.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and department expenses while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Review occupancy, forecasts, room availability, and daily reports to support revenue goals.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, JL Hospitality Management policies, and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company initiatives, promotions, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, inventories, and department documentation.
- Support the General Manager with additional operational responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For
- One to three years of leadership experience in hotel front office operations, preferably as a Front Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor.
- Marriott select-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

About the Role
Hospitality is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week business. This position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours based on business needs.
