Full Job Description

Expanding Tax Team – Multiple Openings

A rapidly growing, well-established CPA firm in East Brunswick, NJ is expanding its tax practice and hiring multiple experienced tax professionals. This is an opportunity to join the firm during a period of continued growth, with strong visibility, increasing responsibility, and room to advance.

The firm offers highly competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, excellent career potential, and direct access to partners and senior leadership. Candidates with 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and review C Corporation, S Corporation, partnership, and individual income tax returns
Prepare and review returns for high-net-worth individuals
Handle complex federal, state, and local tax matters
Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive guidance to clients
Research technical tax issues and assist with tax memoranda
Handle tax projections and year-round planning
Work directly with business owners, privately held companies, and individual clients
Manage tax engagements from planning through completion
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Review work and assist with the training and development of junior staff
Work directly with partners on complex client and tax matters

What We’re Looking For

3+ recent years of public accounting tax experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA, CPA candidate, or CPA-track preferred
Strong business entity and individual tax experience
Experience preparing and/or reviewing complex tax returns
Strong federal and state tax knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Prior review, supervisory, or staff training experience is a plus, but not required
CCH tax software experience is a plus

Pay: $99,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
