Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled OMS (Order Management System) Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our enterprise order management solutions, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your expertise in cloud technologies, networking, and enterprise software will drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our business. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your technical prowess and problem-solving skills will make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s OMS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across cloud platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales engineering, product management, and customer support—to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Provide technical support during pre-sales activities by delivering compelling product demos, technical presentations, and solution architecture proposals.
Develop and maintain integrations between the OMS and other enterprise systems and CRM platforms using APIs and scripting languages.
Assist in project management efforts by coordinating deployment timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.
Conduct analysis of system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements proactively.
Support client relationships through clear communication of technical solutions, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering within a corporate software or technology environment.
Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware virtualization technologies, Linux operating systems, and enterprise software solutions.
Proficiency in Python scripting and Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud for managing client interactions and deal tracking.
Demonstrated ability to design solutions that align with client requirements through solution sales techniques.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret system data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Effective communication skills for delivering technical presentations, product demos, and client consultations.
Experience in deal closing, business development within technology sectors, or pre-sales roles is highly desirable.
Bilingual English and Spanish
2–5 years working with an OMS, ERP, or advanced scheduling system in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of how OMS connects with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and production floors.
Strong ability to spot trends, look up data errors, and solve complex logic problems.
