We’re hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

What You’ll Do

Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Assist with assessments and data collection
Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

This Role Is Great For You If You:

✔ Enjoy working directly with students

✔ Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health

✔ Are comfortable working in schools and homes

✔ Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

Requirements

Reliable transportation & valid ID
Ed Tech I Certification
Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
Passion for helping others learn and grow

$26.50/hr starting
