Position Summary

As an Inside or Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, educating business owners on payment processing solutions, and helping clients improve their payment systems while reducing costs.

You will work directly with business owners to understand their needs, present customized merchant services solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to account activation.

Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, professionalism, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct inside sales by phone and email, as well as outside sales through in-person visits to local businesses.
Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Present customized merchant services, credit card processing, POS systems, and business payment solutions.
Evaluate current payment processing programs and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
Maintain accurate records and manage sales activities using CRM software.
Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales, outside sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
Merchant services, payment processing, POS, financial services, or technology sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales candidates.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
