Full Job Description

We're looking for qualified individuals with leadership skills to enter into our Fast Track Management Program. Applicants have the opportunity to move into a managment role within 1 year of hire. Qualified Candidates will be:

Previous Experience in sales, preferably in financial services
Managerial Experience
Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport and relationships
Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
Desire for continuous learning and a good communicator-excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in developing strategic long term financial plans to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, as well as a multitude of other financial planning tools and products.
Create and implement strong, innovative sales strategies
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Establish and retain new partnerships with clients
