Position Type: Full-Time (Approximately 32 Hours per Week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require)
Compensation: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

At Gourmet Fresh Catering, we believe exceptional events begin with exceptional people. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Front of House Workforce Manager who is passionate about building teams, supporting operations, and creating an outstanding employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys solving staffing challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on both our employees and our clients. You’ll work closely with our Front of House leadership team to recruit, schedule, and support the talented hospitality professionals who deliver memorable events throughout Central Ohio.

What You’ll Do

· Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Front of House team members.

· Build and manage weekly staffing schedules across multiple event venues.

· Partner with Front of House Managers to ensure events are staffed with the right people in the right roles.

· Coordinate employee onboarding and track training progress.

· Manage payroll administration, labor reporting, and workforce planning.

· Build relationships with colleges, hospitality programs, and staffing agencies to maintain a strong hiring pipeline.

· Support leadership with workforce analytics and staffing recommendations.

· Help foster a positive, engaged, and service-focused team culture.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in hospitality, workforce planning, operations, scheduling, or people management.

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with scheduling software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

· A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.

· A commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and supporting a positive team culture.
