We are seeking a motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial Independent Insurance Broker to join our growing team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional 9-to-5 role and are interested in building a business of their own with the support of an experienced team.

As an Independent Insurance Broker, you’ll have the flexibility to design your own schedule, develop relationships with businesses and individuals, and build a client base while working toward your financial and professional goals. You won’t have to build alone. Our mentorship-based training program connects you with experienced insurance professionals who provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and support as you develop your knowledge, sales skills, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do

As an Independent Insurance Broker, you’ll work directly with individuals and businesses to help them better understand their insurance and employee benefits options. You’ll educate clients, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess individual and group insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Develop new business through networking, referrals, outside sales, and relationship building
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business owners
Educate clients on available insurance and worksite benefit options
Provide responsive, professional customer service and help resolve client questions or concerns
Assist clients with benefits administration, enrollments, and claims-related questions
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and community involvement
Utilize phone, email, social media, and other outreach strategies to connect with prospective clients
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
