Many individuals in our team know the importance of such especially considering that many of us are immigrants and minorities.

Job Details:

We are seeking a full-time Immigration paralegal for an immediate opening. Employee responsibilities:

Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documentation

Prepare removal defense filings

Assist with U.S. visa petitions

Analyze case documents

Perform legal research

Communicate with clients

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish.

Experience of at least 1 year

Basic legal document drafting and completing forms.

Direct interaction in assisting clients with litigation and representation concerns.

Trial exhibit notebook preparation.
