Your role at Samsonite:

Samsonite is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid social to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Acquisition, this role will play a key part in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns with a primary emphasis on Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of social campaigns, from creative ideation and testing to performance analysis and optimization, while supporting broader digital efforts across paid search and additional channels. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners, you’ll help translate insights into action, ensuring consistent messaging and uncovering new, innovative ways to scale performance and grow our brands.

This is a hybrid role, we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly.

Plan, execute, optimize, and report on a range of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and other performance media
Own Meta advertising initiatives: brainstorm, develop, test, and monitor ads, share meaningful insights, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Pull and analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize ROI, and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners on day-to-day activities to ensure consistency of messaging and voice across all media channels.
Stay current on new developments and emerging technologies in the digital environment; utilize learnings to work with D2C marketing team to develop new marketing initiatives.
Develop knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Contribute to weekly marketing initiatives and project meetings.
