Full Job Description

At Zenith Mortgage Advisors, we’re a growing independent mortgage brokerage focused on delivering exceptional service, fast communication, and smart lending solutions for our clients. Our team supports a wide variety of loan types and scenarios, and no two days ever look exactly the same.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team and help support our group of eight loan originators.

This is not a highly compartmentalized corporate role where you do the same repetitive task all day long. We are a smaller, fast-moving company where team members wear multiple hats, jump in where needed, and work together to keep files moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation including income, asset, employment, and supporting financial documents
Assist in preparing complete loan files for underwriting submission
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, attorneys, insurance agents, title companies, and underwriters throughout the loan process
Track loan milestones, conditions, deadlines, and outstanding items
Help troubleshoot issues that arise during processing and closing
Maintain accurate digital records and organized loan documentation
Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous mortgage processing, banking, real estate, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities throughout the day
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
