Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone beginning their accounting career. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with payroll processing
Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Organize accounting documents and files
Communicate with vendors and customers in both Mandarin and English
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
