Job Summary:

BOSS Facility Services is searching for a knowledgeable and service-focused individual for a Vendor Relations Recruiter in our Vendor Development Department. Our ideal candidate always maintains a professional demeanor, exhibits impeccable communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills, and decision-making skills. They must be able to work well under pressure while handling a diverse workload. Knowledge of mechanical trade is not necessary, but prior customer service experience as well as an energetic and enthusiastic attitude are very desirable. This position warrants a friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional manner. We require experience with Microsoft Office 365, but training is provided for the role as well as on our in-house software.

This position is full-time and requires you to be on site from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to understand the needs of our clients and ensure service requests are met in a timely manner.

· Locating, recruiting, and qualifying vendors in various trades and locations to meet clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

· Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database of vendors.

· Ensuring vendors maintain all compliance requirements laid out by BOSS Facility Services.

· Negotiating competitive rates and terms with new and existing vendors by trade and region.

· Resolving vendor account issues and updating vendor profiles as needed.

· This position warrants a friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional manner.

· We Require Experience with Microsoft 365. Training is provided for the role as well as on our in-house software.
