Are you the kind of person who walks into a room and changes its energy? Do you study hospitality the way other people watch sports, with a list of dream hotels, favorite restaurants, and the chefs you admire already running in your head? We're a U.S.-based marketing, training, and brokerage platform for financial advisors. We're building a movement of Virtual Retirement Professionals: top 1% producers who treat every relationship as a hospitality moment, not a sales moment. And we're hiring an Events and Experience Manager to bring that same hospitality-led approach to life across our partner-facing event portfolio.

Quick honesty: this is a presence-led role in a high-performing, mission-driven team. The work has built-in chaos. People, vendors, last-minute changes, and high standards are part of every event. The right person craves it. If you'd rather have predictable, calm, repeatable work, this is the wrong role. What Winning Looks Like

In your first 90 days. You know our partners by name and story, learned from the two teammates who already know them best: the one who handles their business in our back office, and the one who owns the advisor relationships. You are fluent in how our partner ladder works and what each tier has earned. You have read the hospitality books we sent you and come back with things you want to try, not summaries. And you are already the host of our office, because that part starts on day one.

By your first Grove. Our twice-yearly partner gathering has run six times, so you are not building it from scratch. You take real scope on it, working from what already exists, and you learn the room by being in it.

By your second. You own it end to end. Venue, accommodations, attendee travel, restaurants, the agenda, the minute-by-minute run-of-show the team executes from, and the on-site experience. The post-event P&L is on leadership's desk within 30 days, and it says something useful.

By twelve months. The playbook exists because you wrote it: SOPs, run-of-show templates, vendor systems, the after-action process we run after every event, and a stocked inventory of thoughtful things so surprise-and-delight is systematic instead of improvised. Every tier of our event portfolio is noticeably better than the one below it, and you can show why.

Beyond that. You build the year-round hospitality that keeps our top producers feeling known between events. You help turn Jucebox Live from an event we host into a real revenue line. And you make our events the one advisors will not miss: the room they work to earn their way into, brag about without being asked, and would not trade for any other brokerage.

What You Bring

Best-in-class personal presence. Energy, poise, warmth, infectious magnetism. The kind of presence that elevates a room the moment you walk into it. People say things like "I love them," "they're so great," "they're wonderful," because that's what your presence makes them feel. This is non-negotiable
A genuine love for the craft of hospitality. You already follow chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs, and event producers. You already have opinions about Nashville restaurants and dream hotels and you can articulate why
A track record you can walk us through, not a number of years. You have owned events end to end: the run-of-show, the vendors, the budget, and the thing that broke ninety minutes before doors and how you fixed it live. Boutique hotels, restaurant private events, wedding and social, venues, luxury brand activations, touring and live production, and premium club experience all map well
You do not need to know anything about annuities, insurance, or financial services. That is not a concession, it is the point. Hospitality is our competitive edge, and we are hiring it from outside our industry on purpose, because our industry does not have it. We will teach you the business, the advisors, and why the room matters. We cannot teach you how to make a room feel like something
Operational discipline behind the warmth. You can build an SOP, document a run-of-show, work the budget with finance, and ship the post-event report on time
Comfort thriving in chaos. Even when the systems are dialed, residual chaos is part of the work. If that environment energizes you, this is your seat
Luxury awareness with cost-discipline. The mindset is luxury or high-end experience; the execution is cost-effective. Not luxury at any cost, but quality moments delivered through disciplined budget stewardship
Hungry-learner habits. When we hand you a book, you make time, take notes, and come back with implementation ideas. Not a summary
A genuine want to be in the office. You are the host of the space and office administration runs through you, so this is an in-person seat by design. If you're looking for remote or flexible-first, this is the wrong role
A strong desire to travel as the event footprint grows

You don't need to have come from a luxury background, but you need to want to study it, produce it, and specialize in the moments between the moments: the high-end communications, the personal touches, the speed and excellence of service, the unscalable, the unreasonable hospitality.

The Details

Location: In-office, Nashville, TN. This is a presence-led, in-person role. You are the host of the office and office administration runs through you
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 based on experience
Benefits: Health benefits, PTO starting at 2 weeks, paid parental leave 2 weeks, paid holidays
Travel: Local Nashville to start; scales to domestic and eventually international as the event footprint grows
Reports to: our COO

Where This Goes

This seat starts with two partner events a year and one office. It does not stay there.

Our event portfolio is growing: the Grove twice a year, Jucebox Live, the Elite Summit, and the Elite Club Trip, with travel that starts local, grows domestic, and eventually goes international. The role grows with it, and so does the compensation.

Further out, the biggest one. Jucebox Live is meant to become a direct revenue line, not just an event we host. Whoever builds the foundation gets to help build that business, which means a seat in the strategy conversation rather than only the execution of it.

How to Apply

Resumes are great. What matters most is your video submission. Tell us a story of a time you went out of your way to create an extra special experience for someone, what you did, how you thought about cost, why you did it, and how the guest responded. Show us how you communicate, how you carry yourself, and how you make people feel. This role is presence-led; the video is where we see whether the presence is real.
