Position: Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Location: Burien/Seattle
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities May Include:
· Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Accounts Payable (AP)
· Biweekly Payroll
· Bank Reconciliations
· Credit Card Payments
· Business & Occupation (B&O) Taxes
· Payroll and Related Tax Payments
· Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI)
· Maintain Customer Resale Certificates
· Maintain Employee Onboarding Documents
· Ad hoc reports
· Daily cash reports
· Plumber KPI reporting
Office Administration & Operations
· Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized, professional workspace
· Coordinate IT support, office equipment, and software licenses
· Oversee vendor contracts, facility maintenance, and repairs
· Manage digital and physical records, ensuring proper security and organization
· Assist in planning staff meetings, office events, and training
· Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed
· Support special projects to enhance office efficiency and operations
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry
· Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
· Proficiency in Service Titan is a must
· Experience with WA L&I claim processes
· Experience in working with ESD claim processes
· Strong understanding of accounting principles
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, Intuit, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Availability for bi-weekly payroll processing
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently

Additional Position Details:
· Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year
· Work: Monday to Friday 8 to 5
