We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative hospital-based rehabilitation team in New Mexico. This position offers a diverse caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings and provides excellent mentorship and support for new graduates entering the profession.
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. Key responsibilities include:

Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans

Providing skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members

Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs

Participating in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs

Contributing to a positive, patient-centered care environment

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred

Current New Mexico Physical Therapist License issued by the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date

Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous clinical experience preferred but not required

Salary Range: $76,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications
