This is a remote, commission-only, independent contractor position that allows you to build your business while helping clients with life insurance and retirement planning solutions.

Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Compensation is based on insurance products placed and your contract level. Earnings vary based on production, product mix, and individual performance. Additional details about compensation are discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with prospective clients.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand clients' financial goals.
- Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning solutions.
- Assist clients through the application and underwriting process.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development meetings.
