Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, utilizing customer service expertise to resolve problems effectively and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
Collaborate with front desk team members and other departments to deliver seamless guest services and support hotel operations during night shifts or busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles is highly preferred
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms, is advantageous
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
Strong background in customer service with proven problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
Experience working in resort settings or with hotel emergency procedures enhances your ability to handle various situations confidently
Knowledge of night audit processes and guest relations strategies will support your success in this role
