Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Esthetician and unleash your passion for Lash Extension Application and Body Contouring ! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a lively, supportive environment dedicated to beauty excellence. You will be trained to do these services. Esthetician License is required.

Duties

Perform a wide range of esthetic services including lash extensions, Henna Brow, Body Contouring, Lash Extensions to meet client needs.
Provide professional service consultations to recommend suitable treatments and services for the specific clients needs
Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized following health regulations.
Utilize salon software such as Gloss Genius for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing sales efficiently.
Offer service packages for our body contouring services. Assure all client leave satisfied with an upcoming appointment scheduled before the leave the suite. This helps enhance client results and support business growth
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and recommendations to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

Valid state license or certification as an Esthetician, Cosmetologist or eyelash technician
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in facials, waxing services (body waxing), tinting services, makeup application.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
Ability to adhere to sanitation procedures diligently while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Passion for continuous learning about techniques and beauty trends to provide the latest solutions for clients.
