Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs promptly.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
Manage cash register transactions with precision, including processing payments via cash, credit cards, or digital methods like OpenTable.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work stations, and adhering to food safety protocols in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating culinary knowledge and food handling skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant flow during busy hours, including supporting host/hostess duties when necessary.
Use your knowledge of fine dining service techniques to elevate the guest experience in upscale settings or nightclubs.
Support guest relations by addressing inquiries about menu items, specials, or reservations using platforms like OpenTable.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
