Full Job Description

Recreation Coordinator - River Road - Full time - $23.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate community - 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for one 11:00am - 7:00pm shift weekly, including every other weekend - The Recreation Coordinator will provide activities of a physical, mental and spiritual nature tailored to the individual abilities, needs and desires of those we serve in order to enable them to enjoy the highest quality of life.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

B.A. or B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation, Creative Arts Therapy or in related field or be certified as an Activity Director Certified - ADC.
Minimum two years’ experience in long term care and/or dementia care preferred.
Current driver’s license in good standing required.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement may be required within six months of employment.
Flu vaccine required during flu season.
