Full Job Description

Fast-growing and expanding dental practice looking to add new scheduling coordinator.. We are in search of a caring, conscientious professional to join our team who is familiar with dental insurance eligibility and billing, productive scheduling, and has excellent communication skills. Main duties: answer phone calls, control and make sure schedule is productive and busy, collect payments and balances, verify insurances, track unscheduled treatment, track hygiene appt, make at least 200 calls to reactivate and schedule patients weekly. One will also be responsible for treatment presentation and case closures if main case closer is backed up.

Will be trained in our Lawrenceville NJ location for first 4-8 weeks prior to working in Skillman NJ.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1-year experience IN PRIVATE DENTAL PRACTICE IS REQUIRED AND CANDIDATES WITHOUT PRIOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

· Outstanding phone and communication skills are a must.

- Must be reliable and on time

- The right candidate must sound welcoming and pleasant to talk to on the phone.

· Familiarity with dental insurance eligibility and billing; insurance codes

· Must feel comfortable in talking about money and collecting money from the patients.

· Ability to follow instructions.

· Ability to prioritize duties throughout the day.

· Positive yet calm and reassuring attitude is preferred.

· Ability to quickly learn and able to multitask under pressure.

· Team player.

· Willing to help in any area of the practice, when necessary.

· Knowledge of Open Dental +

- Job is full time.

REQUIRED DAYS ARE Mon 9-6, Tue 9-6, Wed 9-6, Thursday 9-6, Fri 9-6 and every other SAT 9-2pm
