Full Job Description

LAW OFFICE INTAKE COORDINATOR – California-based Plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a full-time intake coordinator with strong customer service skills to join our team. Bachelor's Degree required. Candidate must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English. Three to five years of both customer service and professional office experience also required. This is a WORK FROM YOUR HOME position but you must live in California to allow for training and attendance at occasional meetings.

Responsibilities:

Completing and coordinating client intakes
Updating client information into database
Answering phones and routing calls or messages to team members
Reviewing, analyzing and forwarding e-mails to team members
Client correspondence as needed
Interpreting for attorneys speaking with clients as needed
Relief/backup receptionist duties

Experience and skills required:

Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
Minimum three years of customer service experience
Minimum three years of professional office experience
Must be legally able to work in the United States

Successful candidate will have:

Strong customer service skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work well with others
Excellent organization skills
Capability of working independently
Technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, Customer Relation Management software and Cloud-based Document Storage
A quiet area in their living space that will serve as their remote office. The firm will provide all office equipment necessary for the job.
