Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to the CEO

Napa, CA | Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the CEO to keep our home office and field teams running smoothly, including:

Managing calendars, emails, texts, and calls like a pro
Drafting reports, presentations, and communications with clarity
Tracking projects, deadlines, and priorities across multiple initiatives
Organizing files, policies, and workflows for quick access and efficiency
Researching and summarizing information to help the CEO make decisions
Coordinating meetings, retreats, and special projects
Handling errands and office logistics
Supporting HR, project management, and operations as needed
Jumping in wherever the business needs you—no task too small

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in operations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem-solve independently and manage multiple priorities
Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience supporting a CEO or founder
Start-up or entrepreneurial experience
Systems-building or workflow experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

Standard office duties (sitting, standing, typing, light lifting), with or without reasonable accommodation
Flexibility to support business needs outside normal hours, with pay in accordance with CA law
