Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliabe and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to support leadership in and manage a wide range of household and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth business and household operations, facilitating effective communication, and driving projects forward. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, project management proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, all while maintaining a positive and energetic approach to their work.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners.
Filing and document management.
Field emails and calls with professionalism, answer inquiries, schedule project planning, and direct communication efficiently.
Research and book travel.
Prepare reports, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Google docs, Constant Contact and Canva.
Handle occasional household needs including errands, shopping, putting away groceries, turning over laundry, watering the yard and bringing in the mail.

Requirements

Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role with a focus on household and executive support functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technical tools relevant to office management.
Excellent phone and email answering skills coupled with superior customer service capabilities.
Ability to follow through on communication needs.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills for client interaction, research, and team collaboration

This role is perfect for a college student or adult looking for part time work that is challenging, but flexible.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
