Randle Benjamin ABA Consultants is a growing boutique ABA practice serving individuals, families, schools, clinical teams, and group homes throughout Sonoma County and surrounding communities. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and individualized services while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical culture. Our mission is to empower clients and those who support them through evidence-based practices, meaningful collaboration, and exceptional clinical care.

We are seeking an experienced ABA Professional to join our leadership team in a role that combines case management, clinical supervision, and assistant clinical leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the growth of a small but expanding organization.

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisors will work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality service delivery, staff development, treatment integrity, and clinical excellence across cases. The successful candidate will provide direct supervision, oversee case management responsibilities, and support quality assurance initiatives throughout the organization.

Position Overview

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting oversight of ABA services, supervising Behavior Technicians, collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing clinical support to Behavior Technicians through direct observation, Behavior Skills Training (BST), and performance feedback.
Analyze client data, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans to ensure effective intervention and meaningful outcomes.
Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote generalization and maintenance of skills across environments.
Collaborate with schools, community partners, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and payer requirements.
Prepare, review, and support the development of treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and other clinical documentation required for authorization and continued services.
Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and other clinical assessments as needed.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, funding source requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

BA or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for community and home-based supervision.
Multi-lingual preffered

Preferred Candidates

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Sonoma, Marin, Napa, or surrounding North Bay counties who are seeking a long-term leadership opportunity within a growing ABA practice.
