Financial Advisor — King of Prussia, PA | Warm Retirement Appointments

You've read this ad before. "Warm leads." "Full support." Then you take the seat, the leads are recycled names, the support is a shared inbox, and by March you're back to prospecting—just with a new logo on your card.

So here's what's actually behind this one.

Secure Money Advisors is an established western Pennsylvania retirement-planning firm built on education-led marketing: workshops, radio, television, and books that put pre-retirees and retirees in front of an advisor they already want to meet. That engine is expanding east. We're opening a King of Prussia branch to serve the metro Philadelphia area, and we're hiring the advisor who will run the market.

The seat: firm-generated appointments with people 55 and older who are approaching or living in retirement. You lead discovery across retirement income, investments, Social Security, distribution decisions, taxes, estate coordination, healthcare, and risk. Planning, case-management, and client-service teams build your models, prepare your plans and paperwork, and carry the service load. Advisory, annuity, and insurance solutions all live on one platform, so the recommendation fits the household instead of the product shelf. Your job is the part that can't be delegated: earn trust, present the plan, handle objections, ask for the business, and own the relationship.

And because this market is still developing for us, this role offers something most platforms can't give a proven closer: you're the advisor here, not a name in a rotation. Direct founder access. An established firm behind you. Metro Philadelphia in front of you.

First-year total compensation: $200,000–$300,000+. Not commission-only — base plus a meaningful share of revenue and a lot more that we'll discuss.

You'll need:

A record of personally closing retirement-planning/wealth-management business
An active Series 65 or 66, or an active CFP, CPA, or CFA designation
An active life insurance license
Fiduciary comfort recommending both advisory and appropriate annuity or insurance solutions
The presence to earn trust with mature clients and ask for a decision

Fair warning: While the appointments and so much more are supplied and taken care of for you, the conversion is yours. This is an in-person seat in King of Prussia where results are visible and matter in the long run. If the expectation that you want to become elite at what you do, and the tools, accountability, support, and investment to ensure that happens, sounds more like relief than risk, you're the advisor we're describing.
