Full Job Description

Step into an engaging opportunity to build your foundational career as a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology. This full-time, on-site position offers the perfect environment for expanding your clinical skills, gaining meaningful experience, and making a true impact in a local school setting near South Bend, IN. Travel professionals are welcomed and supported throughout the duration of the contract.

You’ll be provided with professional SLP supervision, ensuring you feel confident as you grow and navigate your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Become an essential part of a team dedicated to enriching the academic and social experiences of students through effective speech therapy interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Must be actively completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Eligibility for required Indiana SLP licensure and registration
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Collaborative approach with educators, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs
Conduct thorough assessments and develop IEP goals in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
Participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations and updates to educational teams and families
Work closely with your assigned supervisor to complete all requirements of the CFY and build professional competencies
