Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler and play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic and mechanical products. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with electro-mechanical components, interpret electrical schematics, and utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble complex assemblies. Duties

Assemble electronic components, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring according to detailed blueprints and schematics.
Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters to ensure accurate electrical connections and mechanical assembly.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings to follow blueprint specifications precisely.
Build electrical panels, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical components in accordance with IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly.
Conduct troubleshooting on assembled units using engineering troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Perform quality checks on assemblies using IPC standards, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical or mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematics with confidence.
Familiarity with electrical panel building, electro-mechanical components, and schematic interpretation.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, ohmmeters, and machining tools for assembly tasks.
Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical assembly skills combined with an understanding of engineering troubleshooting methods.
Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
