Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plater to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities
- Preparation and ensuring proper cleaning and sanding procedures
- Interpret production documents, blueprints, and specifications accurately to ensure correct application of coating.
- Use hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, or surface preparation tasks
- Handle materials safely using forklifts while adhering to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements such as respiratory protection gear
- Maintain a clean work environment by following lean manufacturing principles and proper materials handling procedures
Skills
- Proficiency with forklift operation
- Strong understanding of quality standards in production, industrial and coating processes
- Ability to interpret manufacturing documents, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately
- Experience with finishing processes such as production finishing
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to PPE use, respiratory protection practices, and general safety procedures in manufacturing environments
