About Us:
Michiana Title, LLC is a growing, locally-owned title company specializing in providing exceptional real estate title and closing services. With a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction, we strive to make every transaction as seamless as possible. We are looking to expand our team with dedicated professionals who share our passion for the real estate and title industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Title Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in title work and be comfortable reviewing title commitments, requesting payoffs, ordering inspections, and following up with Real Estate Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review title commitments and title policies
Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure smooth closing processes
Request payoffs for any liens or judgments
Order inspections and track their progress
Maintain accurate and organized records
Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the title insurance or real estate industry is preferred
Proficiency in title platforms such as Qualia and Simplifile is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
