**Must have banquet serving and bartending experience

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service.

Duties

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during and after events, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operation of events.
Handle any guest concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Must be able to 25 pounds. Also willing to roll tables and move chairs.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles such as catering, restaurant service, or hotel dining.
Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential for success in this role.
