We are searching for a full-time Location Manager Qualified candidates must be or be willing/able to be licensed as a Funeral Director in the State of Tennessee. We would also be glad to speak with aspiring funeral directors wanting to serve their apprenticeships.

- Manage all aspects of the funeral home.
- Oversee daily operations, staff, facilities, customer service, financial performance, and community involvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and resources.
- Foster a culture of professional excellence and exceptional family service.
- Improve internal processes for productivity and employee relations.
- Align staff with operational, service, sales, and financial goals.
- Ensure the funeral home, lawn, and grounds are well maintained.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years of funeral home experience preferred.
- Current Funeral Director license highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
