Full Job Description

Overview

Join our dynamic aviation team as a Pilot of our King Air E90 aircraft, where your expertise will elevate our flight operations to new heights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to command sophisticated turboprop aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient, and exceptional flight experiences. As a key member of our team, you will operate multi-engine King Air E - 90 aircraft, adhering to strict federal regulations and ICAO standards, while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your leadership and aviation skills will be vital in maintaining the highest safety standards and operational excellence across diverse flight missions.

Key Responsibilities

● Safely operate the King Air E90 for passenger and/or cargo flights in accordance with company policies, FAA regulations, and manufacturer guidelines

● Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, weight and balance calculations, and route planning

● Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness

● Maintain accurate flight logs, maintenance discrepancy reports, and required documentation

● Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft remains in top operating condition

● Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service

● Stay current on training, certifications, and recurrent check rides as required

● Assist with scheduling and logistics coordination for flight operations as needed

● Hours/ on call as needed, minimum of two days per week, with 24-48 hours' notice

● Expect approximately 150 to 250 hours/year flight time.

Qualifications

● Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings (ATP preferred)

● Minimum 2500 hours total flight time, with 1000 hours multi-engine turbine time

● King Air E90 type-specific experience preferred; will consider candidates with strong King Air family experience (90/200/300 series)

● Current 2nd Class Medical Certificate

● Clean FAA record and satisfactory background/drug screening

● Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or short-notice trips

Preferred Experience

● Part 91 and/or Part 135 operational experience

● Prior experience in corporate or private aviation

● Experience with Garmin G600TXI, GTN750TXI a plus
