Position Overview

The Customer Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers outside of our retail store markets while also supporting store leadership with escalated customer concerns that require corporate involvement.

In addition to supporting customers, this role is responsible for coordinating resolutions with vendors and manufacturers when issues arise involving parts, warranties, product concerns, shipping, or service. The Customer Support Coordinator works across multiple departments and external partners to ensure problems are resolved efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to confidently manage multiple situations while maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Essential Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support contact for customers located outside of our retail store markets.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Partner with store managers to resolve elevated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Manage escalated customer situations from initial contact through final resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to resolve escalated issues involving parts availability, warranties, shipping, product concerns, and other service-related matters.
Advocate for both the customer and the company by working collaboratively with external partners to achieve fair and timely resolutions.
Investigate customer issues by gathering information from stores, technicians, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments.
Coordinate communication between customers, store teams, vendors, and manufacturers to keep all parties informed throughout the resolution process.
Document customer interactions, vendor communications, and case resolutions accurately within company systems.
Identify recurring customer, product, or vendor concerns and communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Parts, Warranty, Operations, and external partners to deliver a seamless ownership experience.
Assist with warranty claims, service coordination, ownership questions, and product support when appropriate.
Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach while representing the Bintelli Golf Carts brand.

Qualifications:

Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, warranty providers, or third-party partners is preferred.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
Ability to balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
Proficient in Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Reliable, trustworthy and disciplined to processes
Self-started who needs minimal oversight.
