Full Job Description

Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee food production, kitchen systems, and team development.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for food safety, operational efficiency, and developing strong back-of-house leaders.

Pay: $22-27/Hr

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop kitchen leaders and Team Members
Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage labor efficiency and production flow
Oversee inventory and ordering systems
Review operational metrics and drive improvements
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership
Report directly to the Owner/Operator

Ideal Background

Experience managing high-volume production environments
Strong accountability and team development skills
Comfort working with operational or labor metrics
Ability to maintain high food safety standards

Restaurant or kitchen leadership experience is strongly preferred, but proven leaders from other industries will be considered.
