Job Summary
Spearfish Brewing Company is looking for a part time/ full time Beertender/Server! Do you like craft beer? Do you like good food? We are in the process of updating our beer and food menu to provide local, fresh ingredients and pair them with quality, award winning beer. Our ideal candidate is able to work 3-4 shifts a week.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer, and wine.
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately, and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills during busy service hours.
- Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food items.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging with guests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, and wine varieties.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience in fine dining settings or similar upscale venues is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
- Food handling certification and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
Pay: $11.50 - $25.00 per hour
