About the Role:

Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered

What You Will Do:

Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing
systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
Accurately log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Assist users with account access, password resets, MFA, and identity management.
Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and VPN solutions.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.
Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Salary range: $45,000-$63,400

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity. Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
