Now Hiring: Automotive Contract Clerk / Wholesale Clerk

$30.00–$35.00 Per Hour | Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity

Join one of Southern California’s premier automotive groups and become part of a high-performing accounting and business office team. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk / Wholesale Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting every deal funded correctly.

What You’ll Do

Process new and used vehicle contracts accurately and efficiently.
Review deal jackets for completeness, compliance, and funding readiness.
Submit and monitor contracts with lending institutions.
Process wholesale vehicle sales and purchases.
Handle dealer trades, payoffs, flooring reconciliations, and title documentation.
Reconcile accounting schedules and maintain organized records.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, DMV, Accounting, and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing activities in a high-volume dealership environment.
Maintain strict compliance with dealership, lender, and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dealership contract clerk, accounting, or wholesale clerk experience.
Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) experience is required.
Strong knowledge of automotive funding, contracts, DMV paperwork, and dealership accounting processes.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
