Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (Yoga,Pilates,Sculpt, Stretch & Mobility) and ignite enthusiasm in our vibrant wellness community! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging group exercise classes that motivate participants to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise will inspire confidence, promote healthy lifestyles, and foster a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for fitness while making a positive impact on our members’ lives.

Responsibilities

Lead diverse group fitness classes including cardio, strength, yoga, Pilates, stretch, and specialized sessions such as mobility and deep stretching .
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants perform routines safely and effectively.
Design innovative class programs that cater to various skill levels and fitness objectives.
Provide motivational coaching and personalized guidance to enhance participant engagement and progress.
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including CPR, AED operation, and first aid procedures.
Communicate clearly with participants about class instructions, modifications, and fitness tips.
Support gym operations by assisting with client inquiries, promoting membership sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Experience

Certification in group fitness instruction from a recognized organization
Proven experience leading group exercise classes across multiple formats such as yoga, Pilates, or high-intensity training.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution.
Familiarity with program design tailored to different fitness levels and goals.
Experience in coaching or personal training with a focus on motivating clients through customized routines.
Knowledge of health club operations, customer service excellence, and fitness sales strategies.
Additional certifications in specialized areas like kickboxing, dancing, sports coaching or heavy lifting are highly desirable.
