Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively using CRM systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Must havw swimming pool sales knowledge!

Duties

Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead sales negotiations to close deals efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.
Build and maintain rapport with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Manage customer relationships using CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and sales activities.
Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Strong client communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM systems for managing customer data and interactions.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client accounts.
